I'm a contradiction - I love talking serious issues and also watching rubbish TV; I love exercise and being healthily but also eating out and indulging, I'm from God's Own Country but have very happily settled in Cardiff, I love my own company and also going out and catching up with friends....
I'm a mum to two lovely children, so that takes up a bit of time (!) but when I don't have them I love creating things - be that doing something artistic or working on my garden. I'm a keen walker and a lapsed runner so getting out and about is important too!
