About her
I’m an explorer of the inner world as much as the outer. I’ve travelled widely and delved into many spiritual and psychotherapeutic practices. I keep fit with walking, gentle jogging, and classical yoga. I am decidedly apolitical. I’ve lived and worked in a number of different countries, and am now home-based, semi-retired, self-employed, volunteering, and enjoying what I do. I’m definitely more of a one-on-one companion than a party person, but enjoy convivial company in small doses. I’d rather go out for breakfast or brunch and share a home-cooked dinner. Wildlife, birdsong, wilderness walks, gardening, my allotment, good coffee, poetry, meditation, and a good book are the things that restore my soul.
