I’m happy, healthy, independent & curious. I sometimes tend towards a non-mainstream view, but try not to take myself too seriously and am always open to intelligent, opposing opinion.
I love the natural world, especially our home grown variety, with all its gorgeous range, local character and mystery. I’m no longer much keen on the idea of foreign travel, for various reasons.
Keen lover of music and the written word, prefer radio & podcasts to TV, mostly.
I enjoy writing, weaving, swimming, horse riding, walking, lifting, contemplating, medieval history & working part-time.
