I can trim a hedge, trim your hair, bake a cake, cook up a storm, dig a veg patch, dig your scene.
Particular fondness for outside spaces, wide open skies, coast, walking, wildlife, photography. Creating a warm welcoming home, being busy, working together, tangly gardens, growing food, convivial meals which last for hours, great wines, upbeat chat. I’m arty - creative, write stories, sing, paint, draw. Like being pushed, culturally.
The quiet stillness of museums and bookshops, yet with musical reaches from fiery gypsy jazz and classic rock/pop/alternative, through to whirling Irish reels, on to poignant Mahler and popping Shostakovich.
The deliciousness of exploring, foreign markets, big city parks, eating outside, losing track of time in compelling company, cooking for friends, and bonfires.
Though I tend to travel light, my bookcase heaves with too many volumes.
