About him
I'm a fit individual who enjoys walking 12-24 miles a week, often along the beautiful nature trails near my home. I also enjoy reading, particularly science and nature books and magazines, but sometimes biographies, and value meaningful conversations.
Musically, I love timeless classics from the 1940s to the 1980s including much of the Smooth Radio playlist. I also enjoy discovering some of the best music from more recent times and listen to some classical music as well, particularly the most popular tunes like Moonlight Sonata. My favourite format is the vinyl LP, but I generally play high quality digital files for convenience.
I watch less TV than the average person, but I enjoy good films and documentaries, including programs about history, nature and science.

Her winters and her springs,
And there within that secret garden,
Flowers grew from weeds,
And there was sunshine in the sky,
And a song among the reeds,
And there within that secret garden,
All that I’ll ever need,
For the mystery of love,
Is in the story it conceives,
But I was destined anyway,
To find out where it leads,
And I’ll return there anyway,
In time to sow its seeds,
